RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Items bought can be returned, buyer must contact us within 2 working days of receiving the items,the buyer has a space of 14 days return window.

refund would be processed after item has been received excluding shipping cost or authentication fee if included.

In doubt of authentication we simply buy the item in question back from you,refund will be made excluding shipping fee.

For the buyer to get complete refund the paper tag attached when the item is sold must be intact.

The buyer is advised to ship the item to us with an insured shipping to avoid unnecessary hassles.

phivo luxe vintage is not liable to any custom duties or taxes that may occur in the process of a return.

As soon as the item is received at our return address,refund is immediately/authomatically activated if item pass quality check,the buyer will receive their refund within 5 working days(please acknowledge public holiday).

The buyer is to cover the return shipping cost completely including duties if applicable.

item being returned must be in same state as when sold to ensure full refund.
