Due to the vintage state of these items most does not come with the original documents or original previous packaging, all items sold on Phivo luxe vintage online store is carefully curated and authenticated by the in house expert, another great news is we are an Entrupy certified company so selected items will come with their authenticity certificate and on the website you can as well order for an authenticity certificate to be delivered at your cost if you chose to have one for items already curated by the in house team.

we do not guarantee the future use of these products so in cases of damages or loss  of item during a return or by the buyer phivo luxe vintage will not be held responsible for these unforeseen circumstances.

we reserve the right to cancel or refuse a purchase due to inhouse issues for example items bought but does not pass our inhouse curation, in this case a refund will be made we are not to be held responsible for this rare circumstance.

SHIPPING

items purchase will be shipped out within 1 -4 working days.
